Common questions
What does AI training for a small business cost?
Team training is $1,000 for a 2 to 3 hour session with up to 15 people. An owner and leadership workshop is $1,500 for a half day, with a written plan. A week of daily coaching is $1,200. Longer programs and larger groups are quoted on request. Larger firms publish $2,000 to $4,500 for similar sessions and $7,500 for a 3 month program.
Which AI tools do you teach?
The ones you already pay for or would actually use, usually ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or Gemini, plus the AI built into your existing software. We do not resell tools.
Can you train a bigger team or run a longer program?
Yes. Multi week coaching, company wide rollouts, and groups over 15 are quoted at a fixed price once we know the size and goals. Use the contact form and pick AI training.
Do you train on site?
Yes, in Bryan/College Station at no travel cost, and online anywhere. Elsewhere in Texas, travel is quoted up front.
What happens after the training?
Everyone gets the materials and prompts from the session. If you want help putting AI into your systems, the audit or an AI and tools plan picks up from there.
