Data and integrations
Your systems, finally talking to each other.
We connect your operations software, accounting, bank and payment APIs, and spreadsheets, then put one trusted version of every number in front of the people who need it.
The problem
Sound familiar?
Three spreadsheets around your books
Someone rebuilds the same report every week, and it is out of date by Tuesday.
Systems disagree
Your ops system, accounting, and bank never quite match, so people double check everything by hand.
You cannot see margin by job or customer
The data exists in four places, so nobody trusts the number.
A partner or bank needs an API connection
Payments, cards, or data have to flow automatically and securely, and nobody on staff can build it.

Pricing
What it costs
Fixed fee. Typical firm prices are where an established Texas custom software firm's published ranges start. Ours are next to them.
| Project | Typical firm | Zyntrix |
|---|---|---|
Syncing two tools you already use Your CRM and QuickBooks, or web forms into your job system, kept in step | from $3Ktimeline not published | $1.5K to $4K1 to 3 weeks |
Dashboard or reports from your data Job margin from QuickBooks, a weekly ops report that builds itself | from $15K4 to 10 weeks | $3.5K to $10K2 to 5 weeks |
Connecting three or more systems Field or ops system, QuickBooks, a bank API, and spreadsheets in one view, with reporting | from $80K2 to 5 months | $10K to $25K4 to 10 weeks |
* Typical ranges, not quotes. Integrations, data clean up, the number of user types, and compliance needs can move a project outside them. You get one fixed price in writing before any work starts.
How it works
How it runs
- 1
Understand the work
We learn how the work actually gets done, who touches it, and what it costs today.
- 2
One fixed price
You get a written scope and one number before we start. If we learn something mid project, we adjust scope with you, not the invoice.
- 3
Working software every week
Short cycles you can click through. You make the calls on tradeoffs.
- 4
Hand over or keep running
You own the code, data, and accounts. Take it anywhere, or keep us on a monthly plan.
Questions
Common questions
Which systems can you connect?
Anything with an API or a reliable export: QuickBooks, field and ops platforms, CRMs, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, bank and payment APIs, and most industry software.
What if a system has no API?
We look for exports, email reports, or partner integrations first. If there is truly no way in, we tell you before you spend anything.
Do you use tools like Zapier or Make?
When they fit, yes. For a simple two tool sync, a connector tool plus a little code is often the cheapest reliable option. Those tools bill you directly, usually $10 to $100 a month. When volume, error handling, or cost outgrow them, we write the connection ourselves.
Who owns the credentials?
You do. Connections run under accounts in your name, and we document every key so you can rotate it.
