Zyntrix LLC, based in College Station, Texas, runs zyntrix.com. This page explains what we collect and why, in plain language.

What we collect

  • Information you give us in our contact form: your name, business name, email, phone number if you choose phone, what you tell us about your project, and whether you agreed to texts and calls (our lead dashboard stores the exact wording you agreed to and when).
  • With each form we also keep your IP address and browser type, to stop spam and abuse.
  • If you ask us to email your results from one of our free tools: your email address and your answers. We send the results, may follow up once, and do not add you to a newsletter.
  • How you found us: the page you landed on, the site that referred you, and campaign tags or ad click identifiers in the link you followed (for example from Google, Facebook, or Instagram ads).
  • Basic usage data collected by analytics tools, such as pages viewed and approximate location based on your IP address.

Cookies and tracking tools

  • We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site, and Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) tools to measure which ads lead to inquiries.
  • When your inquiry comes from an ad, our lead dashboard may send Google or Meta a coded (hashed) version of your email or phone number, so they can match it to the ad you clicked and learn which ads bring customers. They do not receive your message.
  • We also keep our own simple site analytics: a random visitor id stored in your browser, the pages you view, and which free tools you use. It does not include your name, email, or what you type into a tool. If you later send us a form, we link those visits to your inquiry so we understand what was useful. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, we do not collect this at all.
  • You can block or delete cookies and site storage in your browser settings, and opt out of personalized ads in your Google and Meta account settings.

Text messages and calls

  • If you check the box agreeing to texts and calls, we use your number only to text or call you about your request, including automated texts and AI assisted calls. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or HELP for help. Agreeing is never required to buy anything from us.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your texting consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except the service providers that deliver our messages and calls for us (such as Twilio), who may use it only to provide that service.

How we use it

  • To reply to you and provide the services you ask about.
  • To measure which marketing works so we can spend less on what does not.
  • We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

  • Service providers that help us run the business, only as needed to provide their service: Vercel (hosting), our database host, Twilio (phone calls and texts), Resend and Amazon Web Services (email), Anthropic (AI drafting), Deepgram (call transcription), Stripe (payments), Google (analytics, ads, calendar, and Business Profile), and Meta (ads, Facebook and Instagram messages).
  • If required by law.

Zyntrix Ops (for businesses that use it)

  • Businesses that use Zyntrix Ops, our lead dashboard, store their own customers' information in it: contact details, messages, call recordings and transcripts, quotes, and invoices. We process that information on the business's behalf and only to run the service for them. The business decides what is collected and how it is used, so questions about it go to that business first.
  • Each business can export its data at any time. When a business stops using Ops, its data stays available to view and export, and we delete it when they ask.

How long we keep it

  • We keep inquiry records as long as needed to work with you and meet legal and tax obligations, then delete them.

Your choices

  • You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing contact@zyntrix.com.
